ADOPTED!!!!!!!!!LOOK DEEP INTO MY DARK BROWN EYES..... YOU ARE GETTING WEEPY...MORE WEEPY...POOF!!!! You should now have the overwhelming erge to call Chris and tell her that you would like to make me a part of your family... CALL HER! I'm Vera and I'm a Lab Beagle Mix - A new fancy breed called a "Labagle" (I made that designer name up... it's kinda cute and funny like me) - I'm a 2 year old little girl and I only weigh 35 pounds. That's a great size for snuggling (HINT). People say I'm short and kinda "squatty" - What's squatty....??? I think that might be the Beagle in me because everything else I have has LAB written all over it. I'm pretty fast girl for having short legs. There are a few things that I really don't understand - The lawnmower and that thing that is LOUD and SCARY that is used to eat weeds... I REALLY hate that thing. I would rather go into my kennel and wait til evrything is put up and it's safe to play in the yard again. I'm hanging out with Chris and the Gang here at Doggy Daycare just waiting for that special person to wisk me away to my forever home. I may be blind but I can feel love a mile away! I'm Mama's daughter - Peggy and I was born with detached retinas. Not sure what that means because I have lived like this all my life. Once I get the lay of the land watch out! I may bump into things and stumble once or twice, but once I get my bearings in order, I'm pretty good. My ears are my eyes! As long as I can hear you talking to me than I'm go to go! Please don't feel sorry for me, all I have to do to get by is tilt my head and keep my ears perked up - The world is mine to explore! Mama's my name and finding a home is my game!

There comes a time when you just need to break free from the life style you've been living and start a new one... Well That's my plan! The folks here at Daycare call me Mama. I'm a 3 year old Shepherd Mix (mixed with a lot of love). I did have a family, however, they fell on hard times and tired to find me and my daughter a palce to go - that's when Chris (my Hero) stepped in and saved the day. I'm a pretty good girl who just wants to be with someone who will show me that kindness really does exist. Maybe you could take me for a walk or two in the park, give a safe place to rest my head, and a treat every now and then- That's all I really want! Every dog has their day...

ADOPTED!!!!!!I know they say that every dog has his day but I've my entire life flash before me all in one day, so I'm asking for a do over. My name Tolstoy and I somehow made my way on to Interstate 70. If you are from Indianapolis, then you know that this is one BUSY and FAST interstate. I know I made it across multiple lanes by the skin of my teeth. However I only made it to the middle and had a melt down. I got as close to the ground as I could and just started to shake in fear. That is when a SUPER HERO pulled over and picked me up and put me in their car. I was very dazed and I can not even tell you how thankful I was not to be on that super scary interstate with cars and trucks whizzing by by head and loud horns honking at me. I made my way to Chris at Tender Loving Pets Doggy Day Care and care she did. She let me have as much time as I needed to compose myself then took me to the doctor for a complete check-up. After a clean bill of health I was off to spend sometime with some great people and lots of fun friends. I do have to say, I'm a bit shy, it takes me a minute to see the good in people but when I know I'm in a safe place with safe people, I warm right on up to you. Did someone say there is a Mastiff needing a home?

ADOPTED!!!!! This is my side profile- Think I'm cutie??? Well let me just tell you about myself. I'm 3 years old and I hear that I’m a big boy - I had NO idea. On one of the coldest days this winter, I was lost out on the streets, scared, and very hungry. I had no idea how I went from being a strong healthy pup to trying to live off the streets. I was almost ready to give in when a person chased me down and put me in their car and took me to Chris's Doggy Daycare. She took me under her wing and nursed me back into tiptop shape, as you can see. She gave me food and water, took me to see the Doctor and gave me a safe place to rest my very tired paws. I’ve met all sorts of really nice people and have many friends in all shapes and sizes here at Daycare. My best friend is a Chihuahua, Yelp you guessed it; we look like Mutt and Jeff playing together. Kids are wonderful too but I can tell you this, I'm a WAGGER. When I get excited, I Love to wag my tail and if you are a kid, that can kind of hurt for a second. I’m a 6-Month-old Chocolate Lab mix looking for someone to love me. There I was, sitting in a loud and cold shelter with MANY other pups, waiting for that family to see my playful and shining personality and everyone just walked on by. That’s when Chris, a wonderful lady picked me up and rescued me off to her doggy daycare to hang out with a lot of friends that come there everyday. She got me all my vaccinations and took care of getting me neutered (OUCH) and now I’m ready to leap into my forever home. I’m very social and a typical happy go lucky lab. I love long walks and could play ball all day long.
